The Waupun Fine Art and Craft Fair is a one day fair held in Waupun’s beautiful West End Park on the corner of Beaver Dam and West Brown Street across from the Waupun Memorial Hospital. The location at the West End Park allows ample space for the show and offers beautiful green space for vendors and attendees. The West End Park also is home to Waupun Fine Arts CONCERTS IN THE PARK in July and is well known by the community.

Adding to the festive atmosphere of the show will be live entertainment under the pavilion throughout the day. Traditionally, WFA entertainment draws crowds that come with lawn chairs to relax and enjoy the music and the show. Scotty Meyer is already booked to perform under the pavilion and beverage and food vendors are prepared to serve you!

WFA is dedicated to making the show a positive experience for all involved. If circumstances allow, Food and drink will be available for sale to the public and to artists, and special amenities such as coffee, doughnuts and water for artists will be provided by WFA after set up by 9 AM. There is street parking on 4 sides of the park allowing for set up ease for artists and also easy access for attendees to the show.

All booth space is outdoors on grass with many surrounding mature shade trees. The booth space for artists gives ample room for extended displays and is 12’ x 12. The use of canopies for all booths is advised. The jury fee for the show is $10 and the booth fee (past exhibitors are exempt from jury fee) is a low $40 to allow for more artist profits and applications can be made through BOOTH CENTRAL

Since it is WFA’s mission is to support the arts, we ask that NO RETAIL MERCHANDISE be brought into the show, but only hand made. Contact the fair director with questions by email at waupunfinearts@gmail.com
