You are cordially invited to participate in our first ever Waupun Fine Arts Community Art Show!

Pieces will be on display at the Waupun Public Library from November 7^th,2025 -January 7^th, 2026

Community Reception on December 4^th from 6:00pm 7:30 pm

You may submit up to 2 pieces of art, any format. If you want to submit 2 pieces of art, please fill out the form located on our website twice, one for each piece of work.

Entries must be ready for display. If the piece needs to be displayed in a hanging position, it must be mounted, matted and, or framed, or otherwise ready to display in exhibition condition. Wire hanging system installed on hanging artwork is required. Works submitted without a wire will not be accepted. Original works only, reproductions will not be accepted. Max size of work 500 Square inches.

Works must be presented in a manner that is acceptable for public viewing of all ages. Works that may be offensive, derogatory, or pornographic will not be accepted.

To enter your art please fill out the form below. Early submissions are welcomed and encouraged. Entry Deadline is October 20, 2025, at 7:00 pm.

Submission of your art: Online submission of registration and image of work can be submitted on our website registration or via email to waupunfinearts@gmail.com. Registration will start on July 1^st. Once your registration is complete, we will send you information about drop-off times.

Liability: Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect work submitted. Work left at the library after the show is deinstalled are left at the artists own risk. Artist is responsible to deliver and pick up works within the directed timeline. Works left at the Library after 30 days will be deemed abandoned and disposed of at the staff’s discretion.

Community Art Show does not accept responsibility for works damaged due to incorrect or poor framing, poor hanging systems, or poor preparation for display. Three-dimensional works should be submitted that are not wobbly, or unstable for public display. Remember this venue is open to the public for viewing.
